Welcome to System 21, my system for surfing multiple traffic exchanges daily and generating loads of high quality traffic to your website! NOTE: This system is maximized for results as most of these traffic exchanges are listed with TrafficHoopla. Some information may appear conflicting. That is purposeful as I am providing you with a variety of ways to surf. IMPORTANT
Before you start surfing using Traffic Exchanges it is absolutely ESSENTIAL that you have a few pieces of software to both help you out and to keep your computer running smoothly.
Anti Virus Software like PC Tools Spyware Doctor, eTrust EZ, or AVG Antivirus
The first thing you need is a good anti-virus program. Any good Antivirus program will work. We recommend AVG Antivirus – it updates DAILY and runs DAILY and it’s FREE! You can download it here:

PC Tools Spyware Doctor is the best all in one spyware and antivirus software that you pay to get.
TIP: Make sure you set up the Scheduler to both update and run a scan daily at a time when your computer is usually turned on. Click on Scheduler > Scheduled Tasks > Edit Schedule. Then, choose ‘Test plan in basic mode.’ Click the ‘Edit Schedule’ button and set the time you would like it to update. Also make sure you have checked the box ‘If missed, start immediately when computer start-up.’ Click ‘OK’. Choose ‘Update plan in basic mode.’ Enter the time you would like the software to update. Make sure the box is checked beside: ‘If Internet connection is not available, check when it goes on-line.’ Click ‘OK’ and you’re done.
Ad Aware SE Personal Spyware Killer
You also should have good anti-spyware and anti-adware software. You can get good programs that accomplish these necessary tasks for FREE as well. Note, many antivirus programs also have anti-spyware/ malware protection. We recommend Ad Aware SE Personal to remove any spyware and adware that finds its way into your computer. Spyware Blaster (optional)
Spyware Blaster is another important program that keeps spyware and adware from being installed on your computer. It also integrates with the Mozilla/Firefox browser that we will be using. You can download a free copy of Spyware Blaster here:

TIP: Update your Spyware Blaster once or twice a week – make sure you ‘Enable All Protection’ for IE and Mozilla/Firefox after each update.
Computer Cleanup
It is wise to scan your computer to make sure you
don't get any viruses, spyware or other computer problems on your computer.
Microsoft has a FREE scan you can use to
scan your computer to see if you in fact have any problems that have developed
on your computer and it will fix your computer FREE.
Also periodically check microsoft for critical updates/ downloads to your pc. These precautions will save you and your precious computer much heartache and headache! ;^) (All of you veterans know what the smiley face means.)
Step 1: Set Up Your Fire Fox Browser You will need to download the Fire Fox browser. Fire Fox is the best browser as you can load and surf 10 traffic exchange programs at once if you have DSL. We recommend only surfing 7 to 9 traffic exchanges at a time. Click on Fire Fox browser "tools" tab and then "options" tab. Notice "Open links from other applications in:" and select the radio button, "a new window." Next select, "Force links that open new windows to open in:," select "a new tab" radio button. Your browser is set-up for operation. Below is free advertising software to add to your browser. You should install instantbuzz in both your internet explorer and firefox browser. Note: The internet explorer browser is now showing itself to be a capable surfer too. Click on "Tools," "Internet Options," "General," then click on the tab settings. Select the "new tab in a current window setting." Join Instant Buzz here:
Now, as you surf, you will be
generating traffic to your Instant Buzz campaigns! Quick Start Tip: Open 7 to 9 traffic exchanges in your browser. You can launch these traffic exchangers from your traffic exchange down line builder. Two examples of downline builders are Vital Viral and Traffic Hoopla. Once you have the amount of traffic exchangers you want launched you can click on the bookmark tab to save the group. Now you just open the browser and select the group of traffic exchanges you want to surf. This works great if you don't have too many exchanges to surf. Surf in sessions of 15 views per traffic exchange. Surf as many sessions as you like but only 15 views per traffic exchange per session. Then close your browser completely down and surf another session if you wish. Your next session will be a different set of traffic exchanges. This surfing pattern can be easily duplicated by your downline and, surprisingly, results in the most traffic and sales to your website(s). Continue with step 2 and 3 for additional variations and instructions... Step 2: Add your website url(s) to all of the traffic exchange programs Login to your Vital Viral member area and join all free traffic exchanges. You will put your Vital Viral or other url in all the traffic exchanges. Visit ThinkLinx.com to join any more traffic exchanges you need. Dibbles members!-- Please just stick to promoting only two urls, tops, in your traffic exchanges. Most traffic exchanges no longer allow rotators, but they do allow link trackers. Here are more options (Else scroll down to "Continued set-up of your System 21": Join ProfitRally With ProfitRally you have two options either using the "site rotator" or the "link tracker." I prefer using the link tracker and I'll explain that one first. Click on the link tracker link. Label the link tracker you wish to create "traffic exchange url" or something descriptive like that. And put in the url you wish to promote in all the traffic exchanges. You can also put your rotator url in the link tracker. Now use this one link tracker url in all the traffic exchanges you join. Here is the other method to use with Profit Rally-- you decide. Put all the urls you wish to promote into the Profit Rally "site rotator." We will only promote ONE program at a time using the site rotator. Choose a url you wish to campaign for that week or month by assigning it a weight of "1." Assign a weight of "0" to all the other urls. Now the site rotator will only promote that one campaign url and it will not be detected as a site rotator by the traffic exchanges that don't permit rotators. [You may, of course, simply use the site rotator for what is, a site rotator.] Place the site rotator url into all of the traffic exchanges below. You can now change the url you are promoting in all the TEPS with one simple step! Just log into your Profit Rally account, click on site rotator, assign a weight of "1" to the website you want to promote and a weight of "0" to all the other websites. Conversely, if the traffic exchange allows rotators I recommend rotating no more than 4 urls as too many urls dilutes your efforts and makes the surfing less effective. How to Disguise Your Site Rotator url Even if you're not using
the site rotator as a "rotator" It's url looks something like this,

wish to disguise it, just

http://www.yourwebsite.com/businessopportunity.htm Step 3: Put your traffic exchange start pages in a rotator.
Put all of your traffic exchange start pages into the rotator of your choice. Take the rotator url and make it your browser start page. Click on "tools," then click on "internet options," and then put your start page rotator url as your home page. Click on "apply" and "ok." If you close your browser and reopen it a traffic exchange from your rotator should appear. Open a new tab and click on the home page link, it usually looks like a little house. Continue until you have 5 traffic exchange programs in view and surf each traffic exchange 5 times. Close your browser. That is it. You are done. Do as many sessions as you like, but follow the above procedure. It can be argued that you should surf ten or more exchanges at a time and view each exchange 15 to 20 times per session. However, it is not likely your down line will follow this procedure. In addition, even you may not be able to afford this much time and energy to surfing. So this is why we recommend a fool proof long range plan to surfing the traffic exchanges. Note: You can also use auto surf programs to promote trick pages; that is, pages that earn you credits for every visit they receive. A trick page may simply contain a banner that earns you credits every time the page is seen or it may contain other text ads. Click here to view my trick page.
VERY IMPORTANT: System 21 is set-up for you to surf just 30 minutes per day. This is, most importantly, duplicate-able by your down line. It's hardly reasonable to expect anyone to sit in front of a computer for hours at a time. And the worse case scenario is that they'll quit altogether. While you may have your marathon sessions, realize slow and steady wins the race. 5 views as displayed per traffic exchange per session is recommended. Simply right click on this page and click "View Source" copy and paste the code into your website editor. Save the page as http://www.yourwebsite.com/special.htm or an extension to your liking. You'll need to change the surfing urls to your own. The information you want to appear visually on your special page is on the highlighted yellow dotted line below... [On your own System 21 page you will, of course, remove all this wording you are reading right now and your page will look more like this one: My Personal System 21 page] When you've customized your System 21 page and uploaded it to your website host it will now be time to surf. Below you will see a module comprised of 10 manual traffic exchanges. To surf System 21, I launch my Fire Fox browser and simply click on the 10 traffic exchanges listed in that module. The traffic exchanges pop up in new tabs. Next I click on either autohits.dk or a preselected favorite exchange. Now I'm surfing eleven traffic exchanges at a time. Surfing time: 10 to 15 minutes tops in the AM. Remember, only 7 to 10 views per traffic exchange per session. Then start another session if you wish.

Before you log into any of them, click the "Bookmarks" and then click "Bookmark All tabs..." Now name the group, "System 21."
