This is my poem's site. Here I will post my poems and any poems my friends want to send me. I have like a whole bunch of love poems I wrote that I wrote that I'm not about to share so you won't be seeing those. That's just to keep myself from any future embarrassment. Under poems it will tell you the author - which will most likely be me - and how old that person was when they wrote it. Okay so yeah go ahead and read 'em and email me what you think of them. I'll be waiting. . . . .

Summer Slumbers
Grass waves gently, bending, twisting
Sun beats down, warming, shining
Breeze blows slowly, gusting, cooling
Spigot drops, dripping, plopping
Birds chirp gaily, singing, speaking
Clouds fly by, floating, shifting
Children shout, laughing, playing
Leaves are rustling, whispering, fluttering
Wind chimes tinkle, ringing, pinging
And I am sleeping, drifting, dreaming

My Brick Wall
I tell myself each day,
That I have a brick wall
That can't be torn apart.
But then comes the tests.
Others try to bring me down.
Piece by piece,
My brick wall starts to come apart.
But then I see,
More bricks are given to me.
They come as kind words and compliments.
So now I can build up this brick wall-
My confidence-
Again.

Crushing Doubts
If roses are red,
And violets are really blue,
How hard is it to say
That you really love me too?
Could you please notice me?
I'm almost dying inside.
My feelings are leaking out;
They're getting so hard to hide.
I really can't believe
That you do this to me.
My love for you is too strong,
That's not to hard to see.

Butterfly Dreams
Little butterflies,
So pretty and small,
Fly up into my dreams.
Every night,
I dream of them
Fluttering in blissful glee,
I’d like to think that maybe,
I could grow wings to,
To fly up with the butterflies
In the great, big blue.

Family
Family is
A blessing that
Multiplies as the years go by.
It engulfs you in a
Love that never
Stops.
